Information about the student accommodation

We stand for transparency – even with our prices! In our all-in rent everything is included: heating, water, electricity, internet, TV connection and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can also use all of our leisure activities such as fitness or spa rooms for free. The only exception is the launderette.

Equipment

The friendly and spacious apartments in Strozzigasse have a living space of between 15- and 25-meter square, depending on whether it is a single or double room. You have to share the bathroom (with shower, sink, mirror and toilet) only with your roommate.

The rooms are fully furnished and yet, they offer enough space to design them according to your needs. You will find in them:

Location and surroundings

Our STUWO student home Strozzigasse has a great location. In only 10 to 15 minutes you can reach the University of Vienna on foot. With the public transport you reach many other universities within a short period of time. Around our student home you can find many shopping and entertainment possibilities. In a few minutes, you are in Vienna’s most popular shopping street, Mariahilfer Straße! There you can choose from a wide range of bars and restaurants.
